Establish a monthly rhythm
Close invoice, bank, card-terminal, inventory and payroll records in the first week of the month. Showing missing documents and estimated tax in the same management report strengthens cash planning.
Check the tax calendar on GIB's current official page and separately monitor weekends, extensions and special-period announcements.
Start the annual return in December
Review year-end stock counts, doubtful receivables, depreciation, related parties, exchange valuation and exemption conditions before the year ends.
Instead of merely filling forms in March or April, first prepare a closing note explaining the financial statements. The tax return is the legal output of that work.
